Meet The Exact Eyecare Team

Abid

Abid is our optometrist and qualified in 2004. He has completed post graduate qualifications in Independent Prescribing, Medical Retina and Glaucoma. His areas of interest include glaucoma, specialist contact lenses and managing complex anterior eye conditions and red eye.

He enjoys doing careers events in schools and is always hoping to inspire the next generation of optometrists by offering them work experience. He is a busy dad of 4 and has a passion for the gym and coffee!

Sharlene

Sharlene is our Dispensing Optician and has over 9 years experience in optics. She has a passion for styling and colourful frames and finds this part of the process particularly rewarding.

She lives with her husband and daughter Ava and loves being able to give her all to both her work and family
