The NHS in Scotland provides FREE eye examinations to eligible patients at appropriate intervals. Your eye health will be thoroughly checked as well as your spectacle prescription.
Over 60s are usually dilated with drops which can blur vision so we always ask you to bear this in mind ahead of your appointment as it may mean taking public transport or arranging a lift from a friend or relative.
It also really helps us if you could bring a copy of your most recent GP prescription so we can keep your records up to date.
